Does my health data leave my phone?
Your records stay on your iPhone and are not synced to iCloud. What your ELO needs to answer you is sent to our AI only after you allow it, and you can turn that off in Settings. See your data.
How do I sign in on ELO Connect?
With the same Apple account you use in Life OS. It is one account: your ELO, your profile and your settings follow you.
How do I cancel Pro?
In your Apple account: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Life OS.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings, Account, Delete account. It removes everything held for you.
